Pricing questions
Do you charge per trainee?
No. Trainees are unlimited on every plan. You pay only for creator seats, the people who record and edit trainings.
What counts as a processed video?
A video counts when it's processed: recorded, uploaded, clipped, or started as a new draft. Recordings that fail to process don't count.
Is a BAA included?
Yes. You accept our Business Associate Agreement when you create your account, before anything with patient information is recorded.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Start free, or look around the sample practice first with no account at all.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month to month with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How many trainees can I add?
All plans include unlimited trainees at no extra cost. You only pay for creator seats, the people recording and editing videos. Your entire staff can watch, take quizzes, and use the training library.
