By accessing and using TrainBase's guest recording feature (the "Trial Service"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

NO REAL PATIENT DATA
YOU MUST NOT RECORD ANY REAL PATIENT INFORMATION. This includes:

Actual patient names, dates of birth, or identifying information
Real electronic medical records or patient charts
Video or audio of actual patients
Any protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA

Use only simulated data, training scenarios, or dummy information for your trial recording.

Temporary Data Storage

Your trial recording is stored temporarily for processing purposes only.
If you do not create a TrainBase account and claim your video within 24 hours, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
No backup copies are retained after deletion.
You cannot recover deleted trial recordings.

No Warranty or Support

The Trial Service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. TrainBase provides no technical support, uptime guarantees, or quality assurances for trial recordings.

Liability Disclaimer

TrainBase disclaims all liability for:

Any unauthorized disclosure of information you choose to record
Loss of data due to automatic deletion
Technical issues affecting recording quality or processing
Any violations of privacy laws resulting from your recording choices

BY CLICKING "START RECORDING" OR USING THE TRIAL SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DISCLAIMER.
